"Perfect location for skiing at Diamond Peak for 4 young adults and 2 seniors. Well equipped kitchen except it does not have an electric tea kettle. Con: Parking Card was not available when we arrived (same item was reported in past reviews). Instruction on how to lock the door should be given/emailed on the day of check in. Overall, happy with our stay - reasonable rate compared to 2 similar properties nearby."

"We had a wonderfule time. Only thing needs a change is from full bed to queen bed in the 2nd bedroom..more than enough room and put chest if drawers in closets instead of wired racks..just suggestions...otherwise great place all around!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The condo is well stocked for a quick two night stay. We did not cook but brought food in. It faces a creak on both sides. Walkways were clean with a bit of iced over snow which was slippery and needed extra caution. I appreciate the management companies communication. We will definitely return."

"Only complaint was the parking spot #12 had two trees on either side and couldn’t park my rental vehicle in it. Had to use a guest spot for my visit. Property was clean, spacious and well-maintained. Host responded immediately to any messages and was very welcoming. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Perfect location for a getaway in Tahoe! Though it was just my bf and I (and we only needed 1 of the 3 rooms) we loved the space. It was also nice to be was walking distance from nearby food spots and shops/ A short drive away from the main shopping center which was convenient. I felt that we had all that we needed staying here and would absolutely recommend to others!"

"The location and unit were outstanding. The unit was recently remodeled which was very well done. I would have rated this experience as 5 stars; however, there were no passes allocated for the local beaches within Incline Village which really nullified the great location of this condo. You could not access the beach amenities which were within walking distance of the condo. We did not know to ask prior to booking as there are other host that do offer passes for their guests. The host is very responsive and flexible. The condo is very quiet. The beds are amazing…the pillows are new. You can tell the owner put effort into making the home comfortable. READ THIS if you ski: This was our first time skiing Diamond Peak (DP). The property is just across the street from the DP...

"Nice condo, but unit and complex does NOT have a hot tub as described on the listing. Also, the space is nice and clean but kitchen is sparsely furnished, with only one wine glass and a couple of pans. We reached out to the owner/property manager who indicated she thought that was adequate and seemed unaware that this listing is on Expedia. She was also not apologetic at all for the fact the listing shows a hot tub when there is none. Otherwise a very good option for 4 people who don't mind...
