“The staff was very very friendly and helpful. Our key cards stopped working 4 times and we had to get new ones. The room itself was not as clean as I would have hoped. We were also in a handicapped room, but the toilet was low to the ground, had no grab bars and there was a tub rather than a shower which left one of our members having a difficult time. There was no hot breakfast either. Only bagels, cereal and muffins. They are in the middle of a remodel and I’m sure it will be much better when……

“Great and helpful staff very friendly, they just dont have a good maintenance person or something the floor when you walk in gives in a little and the bathroom was the same way, easy fixes, the shower was kinda gross looking on the wall all kinds of random marks just needed a simple paint job. The tv was crazy fuzzy like watching antenna tv in the 90s simple fix too just get better wires and tighten them down more the room smelled damp when we walked in the first tim too, room 103 to be……
