“This property is rundown rooms are smelly and meldew”

“The customer service was horrible, we stay at this location anytime we are in town and I dont think that will be occurring again. The staff member that checked us in didn't even look at us, he was rude and unfriendly. The rooms need to be updated, although we had issues with the AC working the maintenance person fixed it promptly. The pool area is amazing, although the pool was quite cloudy on this stay. The valet staff are amazing and always helpful and kind. The ocean front rooms are peaceful……

“The staff at restaurant bar was rude as heck. We went to get our complimentary drinks and the lady bar tender on evening shift inside at sessions was the rudest ive ever met in my life...”

“We couldnt stay at the hotel. After each use they cleaning staff sparys something into the room, my wife has a strong nose, we checked out 2 rooms, and she could not stay there because of the smell. They credited the room because we couldnt stay which was nice of them.”

“I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to……

“So easy to find from the freeway and easy parking. Checked in after midnight and was happy to find out that the check out time the next day was noon! Thank you and I’ll be back if I am ever in the area again.”

“This is a really great location and a very quaint property. The only issue that I had was that the wifi was too weak to connect to so I needed to use my hot spot. The AC didn't cool the room until the middle of the night either. In the properties defense though, the day was very heavy humidity from rain, and when I spoke with the front desk they were very thankful for the information and stated they would get the wifi corrected. I would stay again if in the area”
