“We booked this home because we needed a large house for our family to get together for Christmas. It exceeded all our expectations. Jill was an amazing host and answered any questions very quickly. We had welcome snacks and even water which was very much appreciated. The weather was amazing and we fished off the dock several times but didn’t catch anything. Be aware that the climb back up from the dock could be pretty rough for older folks. The only suggestion I would make is to have some kayaks……

It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.”
