“Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”.”

“We celebrated our Buddies 60th Birthday at his favorite place to go. Daytona’s Ocean Walk Resort. We have been coming to this resort for 25+ years and it never disappoints. We had a great ocean front room that was clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place.”

“This is a well maintained and clean condo. Everything you could need is there. The owner was easy to reach when necessary & quickly responded. We stayed for 6 weeks and really didn't mind the construction much; and we look forward to coming again!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!”

“I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. The condo itself was a bit dated and a mattress topper would make the bed more comfy, but the view was best! We will be back soon! The hosts were very communicative and we……

“My daughter flew in for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. Loved having our breakfast outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Spending time on the beach and coming back into the condo was quick and convenient. Grocery store is a short distance away. I dropped her off Saturday afternoon at the airport and picked up my husband and it was a great little getaway and we can't wait to come back😊”

“We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area.”
