Decatur Family Hotel

"Wasn't allowed to go into the hotel due to it being 21+. Had to have a staff member tell me this at my arrival as opposed to it being listed on the app here."

"The location was great for me BUT the desk attendant ask me to bring down my towels to get new clean ones.. I didn’t like that"

"If you need a cheap place to lay down and dont care then this is the place for you. The sheets were stained on one of the beds and the door while it locked did not close flush. The vending machine had bars on it and it says $1.50 but dont expect your change. This place served its purpose but I do not plan to come back. "

"I had paid to stay 3 nights. The property is in such poor conditions I can not believe Expedia has this property on there website. Of course the reviews are very inaccurate. The bathroom was filthy. Turned on the water in the tub, water pressure very low. The shower didn’t work and you couldn’t stop the tub to take bath. I asked for another room, but there were no more. If I do not get a refund from Expedia, I will dispute charges with the bank. I have videos to share. I asked for proof that I was checking out the guy at the front desk said he could not give me that. Very shady situation. This is the first and last time I ever book anything through Expedia."
