「My concern was with the cleanliness of the facility. The carpet need cleaning and replacing in the room I occupied and 2 bugs were found in one of the beds in my room. The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did.
