“Nice and clean apartment in great central location in Liverpool city centre. Great communication with the team running the place before arrival and when departing. Would recommend for people staying in the area and would book a stay with them again.”

“It was a nice stat however the rooms, whilst nice, need a little attention. The grouting of tiles in bathroom need a good scrub and the sofa arms had dust. It wasn’t great being woken at 7am on Sunday morning by bins being moved around. ”

“住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。”

“Excellent location. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. On a busy street so be prepared for the outside noise coming into apt but we were out a lot so didn’t bother us; earplugs were provided which was a nice touch! Takeaway on corner opposite did the nicest pizza & bar below apartments did a lovely fry! ”

“This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. ”

“What a place , situated in the centre of Liverpool with all amenities at hand. The place itself is stunning with 2 large bedrooms 1 with en-suite , lovely living area and kitchen. Would highly recommend this apartment if visiting Liverpool 👍👍”

“Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. ”

“Ray was a great host. The apartment was well kept. The kitchen and livingroom were very nice. We were in apartment 4. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a double bed and stowage for clothes. The upstairs has a speak staircase for access. There were 4 twin beds upstairs! The only 2 catches 1) no charging receptacles upstairs. (Multiple around the counter areas in the kitchen. ) 2) The ceiling upstairs is only about 5 feet as a loft so watch your head. I would definitely go back. ”
