“Great location if going the movie site. No elevator made luggage trip difficult. We were not aware. If using bathroom in middle of night the light switch outside of bathroom was inconvenient.”

“The staff was very friendly”

“Arriving at motel the parking was well lit. Motel looks very new. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was very nice. Clean and everything worked. Breakfast had options and most important, coffee was good. It’s nice to find a motel that was in great condition and had excellent staff.”

“it was ok for the night.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Dyersville property. We were pleased that the property was not far from the “Field of Dreams” location. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a restful night’s sleep. We would definitely stay there again!”

“This place was amazing to stay at! It was very clean and very close to the baseball tournament that we were involved in. The extra amenities were a perk for sure. Sharon was absolutely amazing and very quick to respond as well. I would highly recommend to anyone!”

“The space was welcoming, clean and quiet. It’s a fabulous location. We were at a family reunion but the location near the park offers a lot of recreational opportunities. There is a surprising amount of sleeping space. Shari was very responsive so any questions were addressed quickly. It was very hot so we didn’t spend much time outside but the new patio with the fire pit would be fantastic for cooler evenings. I was concerned that we only had one bathroom for 4 couples but there is a……

“We had a wonderful stay at Timberside! Everything thing was clean, check-in was a breeze and everything was as pictured. There are extras included such as shampoo and conditioner, yard games and a fresh loaf of zucchini bread! John was very responsive and the location was perfect. It’s just a couple of minutes from town but you wouldn’t know it once you are there. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend.”

“Very convenient location for the baseball tournament. Had everything we needed.”

“This is a great spot if you are in town for baseball. Right next to the brewery, ice cream shop and restaurants on 1st. Close to everything and a very comfy condo.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is incredibly spacious, offers fantastic activities, and features an excellent location. If you are planning a trip to Backbone State Park, this home is perfect, as it is just a short drive from the park entrance. However, we did notice a few details regarding the sleeping arrangements:Master Bedroom: The mattress is comfortable but the frame is quite squeaky. A single quiet sleeper will be fine, but multiple people may find their sleep……

“This house is so cute. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Inside the house is well maintained, clean, and well stocked with towels and dishes. Easy and fast communication with our host. The town itself is adorable and the people are friendly and helpful. Great location. I would definitely come again.”

“Host is easy to communicate with and very responsive. The apartment is beautiful and full of rustic charm down to the hand hewed beams and 160 year old hardwood floor's. Well equipped with pots , pans and the like as well as spices if you choose to cook. ”

“We came to the area to visit the Field of Dreams movie site and for the All-Star game. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. The location was amazing and property was beautiful and as described. The extra amenities available for our group were so fun and utilized by everyone, Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Property is clean and well maintained, and the property managers are friendly and great at communication.”

“Nice cabin for our family stay. The mosquitoes were so bad outside so we could not have a bonfire either night. The mini split air conditioner had a hard time keeping the cabin humidity down. There is no AC feeding the bedrooms. Otherwise, everything else was great.”

“The host answered questions quickly and the home was thankfully warm when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Just wish I could have found a hairdryer. I would definitely rent the house again.”

“A great, clean, and comfortable place to stay. ”
