「Property was perfect for us. We needed somewhere close to the hospital for an early morning op and it was perfect. Saved a taxi fare by being able to walk. Recommended. 」

「Cleanliness requires attention. Faced an issue with the lock while checking in and the customer support was very difficult to reach and help arrived almost after we being stranded for 2 hours . 」

「Property is poorly maintained and extremely tired. The images used to show the rooms do not accurately represent the poor condition of the rooms. The "double bed" is not a double at all, but 2 singles pushed together. The lamps in the room did not even have light bulbs in them. The radiator covers are literally falling off the wall. It was not unclean, which was the saving grace and the only positive for the property. If it was any more expensive than what we paid we would be looking for money...

「This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe.」

「Lovely clean luxury feeling guest house. A lovely chatty host who goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Lots of extras in the room such as a fridge with bottled water, biscuits, tea/coffee. The room had a full sized bath with shower and shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Very luxurious feeling rooms. Self serve breakfast was fresh tea/coffee, Orange Juice, Fresh fruit, toast, cereal and yoghurt, fresh pastries etc.. all of excellent quality. Very good price for the room especially for...

「The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.」
