"This is probably my 5th time staying at the Dunes. It's become my home away from home when I'm in Palm Springs. Great staff. Clean. Well maintained. Affordable. Walkable to downtown PS - love taking a morning walk."

"Clean rooms. Great service. Property is older but good shape. Pool area nice but lots of families so if looking for adults only, this is not your place. Poolside bar/snack place is decent. Cabanas for rent are a nice touch. Golf course on property is a really good deal! Not a super fancy course but price was right and lots of fun/challenging. All villas have full kutchen."

"So much potential! Awesome vibe and staff. Great pool and view but the purple carpet needs to go! Cleanliness of rooms was fine but the carpet makes everything look run down and dirty. Staff was awesome and overall a really fun stay!!"

"Check in staff was very nice. However, the room was in poor condition. The wall paper was cut in pieces, falling off in others. The carpet was not vacuumed, the prior guests had left tags from new clothes on the floor. There was candy on the side of the mini fridge. Hair in the sink and shower. Long hair in a pile behind the toilet. Worse of all there was poop on the drawstring bag thay has the extra toilet paper roll in it on top of the toilet. Super dirty room. "

"This property is very dated. There was a large gap around the door. We used a chair to secure the door as the deadbolt was broken. The shower/tub was in terrible condition. None of the plug ins would charge our phones because the connections were so loose. The TV looked new and worked well…I think it was the only thing nice about the room. The stairwells and walkways were dirty and the parking lot was in ill repair. Sorry….I usually do not leave bad reviews, but there were just so many things wrong with this very dated motel. I guess I expected more from the Wyndham brand."

"This was a clean, budget friendly place to stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and bikes. The rooms did not have a lot of outlets/additional space to accommodate our family of four, but the location was great. "
