"I had a really enjoyable stay at the Leonardo Hotel and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a good-quality bed that made it easy to get a proper night’s sleep. Everything was spotless, and the facilities were exactly what I needed for a relaxed and stress-free stay. The bathroom was clean and well laid out, with good water pressure and plenty of towels. The staff deserve a special mention – friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. This stay was part of a working trip for Lonely Traveler Productions, a media company, and the hotel provided an ideal base. The calm environment, reliable facilities, and professional service made it easy to relax after a busy day and stay focused on work. "The staff were so courteous and warm. Very helpful Sky in reception and Vanessa was excellent in the lounge in the evening. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. The servers too were warm and friendly and you actually felt like they cared about you and your stay. "
