“I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Had medical emergency and refused to help me with transferring reservation to someone else or offering any sort of refund or credit. Refused to let me speak to a manager after requesting one multiple times. Said they would honor whatever Expedia agreed to and when Expedia called, they refused to do what they said they would do. I have this in writing! I’ve never dealt with some incompetent and I compassionate people on my life. I’ll……

“Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”

“Large windows and a great screened porch and outside deck provide beautiful views of the lake. Very peaceful spot that gives a nice break from the busyness of downtown. The host provides everything you need for a trouble free stay”

“Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.”
