“The staff couldn't find our booking and that took forever but it was finally found. The building was in poor shape and not very clean. The carpet was pretty disgusting. The entire place smelled like weed and the neighbors were loud. On the way out, the elevator stopped working with us in it. We were able to get out, but had to get our luggage out and take it down the stairs. Staff were very unhelpful. Would not stay again.”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“The parking spaces were a good size but the parking lot surface was bumpy. This was noticed while pushing the luggage chart to and from my car. The parking lot needs resurfacing. The landscaping was not overly appealing but was maintained. The elevator was somewhat small but worked adequately. The room was clean and spacious. I used the gym but it was on the small side for more than two. My head was close to the ceiling while using the treadmill. Overall, the staff was conscientious and……

“It was a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Firm bed & I didn’t have no back issues. Spacious king size room. Had a living room. Microwave & fridge tv They had free breakfast free Wi-Fi. They had an indoor pool. Cons: pool was ice cold & not heated. They had the exact same breakfast they had before. When you enter the room it has a musky smell. No housekeeping to make up bed or take out trash. Anything we needed had to go downstairs to get. But I would stay again. Close to a lot of……

“Staff was wonderful. The property, the room, the total environment were all great. Breakfast was acceptable, some food items served packaged (like egg frittatas), but there were healthy choices as well as sweeter and kid-friendly picks. The only thing lacking for my spouse and I was a gym with resistance training equipment. Universal gym equipment would be quite useful in such a setting. Thank you to all here.”
