“設備一流，提供小食及各樣用具，酒店人員親切，絕對值得再來。地點亦一流，去underground和Hyde park都很近，空氣比在 City of London清新，可開窗或暖氣，房間潔淨。”

“位置很好，离主要景点坐地铁都很近，离地铁站步行5分钟、巴士站步行1分钟；装修很不错，设施很新有厨房洗衣机洗碗机客厅，让人有家的感觉；服务是24小时的，没到入住时间可以先免费寄存行李然后回酒店时打电话给前台开门，这一点非常加分；不满意的是卫生，洗衣机里有上一位客人留下的很多毛线残留，脏得我们没法使用，橱柜里也有没吃完的零食。”

“地點方便，酒店近地鐵，有很多餐廳，有超級市場。職員有禮貌又熱心幫助，也很盡責把事情做好。房間清潔，但清潔後常常忘記補回用品。”

“Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.”
