“Very nice property ”

“My 3 sisters and I thought the house was beautiful and the location was great. We are all old gals over 60. Just a few suggestions for boomers: cushions for patio furniture, chairs with backs and lamps in the living area.”

“We loved this quanit little beach house. It was so sweet and cozy. My two kids thought loved exploring the house and noticing all of the little details. It was so nice to back to a warm cottage after a long day of soccer games. We would definitely stay again and I would recommend the cottage to anyone who needed a stay in this area! “This house is exactly as presented in the photos. Clean, tastefully decorated, with a nice sized yard and a large front porch for morning coffees and afternoon reading. Gulfport sites and shopping are easily accessed by car and the beach is just a 10 minute walk along safe pathways. Our dogs enjoyed the walking trail through the wetland park at the end of the road. “Had a lovely two week stay. Gillie loved running around the yard. I enjoyed listening to the birds and the peaceful surroundings. Bonus of having a view of the Sound. Saw lots of ships and barges. Also enjoyed chartering a sailboat out of Gulfport 2 different days. The house is beautifully set up for 1 or 2 people. Everything was convenient and well taken care of. Thank you. I would book again for next year but someone beat me to it.”

“The hotel was quaint. Our room opened with French doors to a nice porch, which had lots of comfy furniture, with 4 other rooms, which overlooked the street. The room was big, clean and well stocked. I spent time on the porch with a group doing karaoke outside with an amp across the street. Some good, some bad music. Although it may not be everyone’s taste, I enjoyed it. We were given a code for our door as owners were not on site. I had no need to call the phone number they supplied. We……

“We spent last night in New Orleans, so we were SO happy to get to Gulf Port and find a nice clean town and a spotlessly clean hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the property and made sure we were all settled in. On a 10 scale, I give The Almanett a 12!!!”
