"Check in was not the best had to wait for our room to be cleaned, they were wanting to give us a different room that wasn't what I reserved. Just a big complication On the other hand the room was very clean."

"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "

"The casita was perfect for our stay in Tucson. It’s centrally located yet quiet, and the fenced back yard was perfect for relaxing and for our dog. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We’ll be back."

"Room wood floors were so dirty walking from the bed to the bathroom turned are feet completely black. Had no hot water the second day and no timeline when it would be fixed. Checked out with no shower. Bed frame was so shaky bed felt like it was gonna fall over just moving."

"Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor."

"Perfect for our girls trip. One of us came from Oregon, one came from Denver! Close to anything you need, house was excellent, great design inside, and well stocked!Did several day trips to Tubac, San Xavier Mission, Tombstone and Bisbee, and Saguaro National Park! We are both seniors, 70, & 85. Highly recommend! Jeannie & Patricia, May 2026"
