“當初會住宿此地即是看上房間裡面設有壁爐，松木燃燒的香氣令人感到愉悅。整潔度，浴室排水不良等問題可以加強一下。服務人員的英語能力和接待態度也建議要提升。”

“The room is not as expected. It was dirty; gum stuck on the floor, stained coffee pot and the bathroom window was open letting bugs in. ”

“I picked this hotel because it was on our way back from the grand canyon and we wanted to stay a night to get some rest, relax, and enjoy the view. Mind you I booked a room with a view and the big bath tub. When we arrived we were told we were placed on the first floor behind the stairs with no view which the front desk employee asked if I wanted to be moved but would no longer have the tub but honestly at the moment i was tired and didn't even care so i took the room with no view. “The Views Inn in Sedona is a hidden gem. We were greeted by Dilip with a warm welcome. The location of this beautiful property was perfect for our Sedona stay. After a long drive the pool and hot tub was perfect and immaculately clean, as was our room. A special shout out to Raja for the extra effort he made to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks for making our first visit to Sedona one for the best experience. I highly recommend the Views Inn.”
