“My family (2 adults 2 children) and I stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western hotel during our Spring Break (April 6-10). We loved the convenience of the location being only a short drive (about 25 minutes and no traffic) to Uptown Sedona. The included free breakfast was definitely one of the factors we took into consideration when choosing our lodging and we’re glad we chose this hotel! We also loved that the entire property is smoke-free! Unfortunately housekeeping wasn’t the greatest as we……

“The Hot Tub was amazing! We did our laundry while there and it was quick and efficient. The place is conviently located and easily accessed. The units/ rooms are like a beautiful single wide and were perfect for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes etc. clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. ”

“The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. ”

“At check-in they try to talk you into a sales presentation, but at least they will take no for an answer after a couple of attempts. But they also make good recommendations on trails in the area. Their restaurant recommendations are from a partner list, use Yelp instead. The resort is very spread out. I was in bldg 25 which was a great location. There was a hot tub next to the building that had a great view. And parking was better than a lot of the rest of the resort.”
