I love this little gem of a pub and have been staying here for at least the past 15 years whenever I am in the area for regular work. Andy and Adele make a great team with delicious food, a good variety of beers, wines, cocktails etc and a lovely fire to keep us all cosy and warm, oh and the fish pie was really delicious! 😋

Great welcoming hosts room clean and comfortable well appointed. Bed linen and towels are of high standard. Bath towels were large and very soft. Ate at the inn food freshly cooked and lovely. Would stay again

The landord and lady are excellant, parking brilliant right next to the roons, bar is lovelt and the meals are good. Only one thing we would have liked to have been in the room for 3 pm but couldnt get in until 4 pm when the pub opened
