"The property was in a great location. Close to beach and community pool. Also, close to first gate house so grocery shopping does not take as much time as further into the island. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with pots, etc. The couches were aged, there is no grill and the fridge needs to be replaced. On balance, consistent with other cottages in Sparrow Pond that have not had recent full renovations. "

"This was a 1-night stop over for us, on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, we only had saltwater poles, or we would have loved to try our luck at fishing the lake. Fish were popping the water everywhere. We really enjoyed watching the gators cruising the lake as well! 1st for us.
This was just a simple, no frills campground, but would love to ho back one day. Lodge was clean, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet back deck."
