“This was a lovely spot for us to spend a wedding weekend. We were really only present in the place for sleeping so it was perfect for that. The kitchen is “dated” in appearance but perfectly adequate which is why the price is forgiving. We had absolutely no problems and the laundry room was great. I would totally recommend this place. I gave it a good and not excellent simply because the kitchen is not updated to the latest trending appearance. It was super clean and well appointed.”

“Great space. Very clean. Host was very communicative. I was in town for a weekend fishing tournament and the cabin is located within 30 mins of a dozen ramps on both lakes. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Santee Cooper Lakes.”

“This was a 1-night stop over for us, on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, we only had saltwater poles, or we would have loved to try our luck at fishing the lake. Fish were popping the water everywhere. We really enjoyed watching the gators cruising the lake as well! 1st for us. This was just a simple, no frills campground, but would love to ho back one day. Lodge was clean, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet back deck.”
