“The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”

“Personnels super sympa et très réactif à toutes demandes. Je futs très agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'ensemble des prestations proposées par l'établissement. “This hotel is located in Akwa and accessible to many areas. Finex voyage, market, and shopping center are within a shot walk. The guest wifi was non accessible. The hotel had to provide me with their own internet access. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next travel to Douala. ”
