“We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.”

“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“This is a very nice hotel with a warmly decorated and comfortable lobby. The room was very nice and extremely, The room was small, which in NYC is expected and totally fine with me. I have never seen such an extensive mini bar! Nothing “mini” about it! Coffee in the lobby from 7-11. Neighborhood is great! Walkable to everywhere! I will definitely stay here again!!”
