Downtown Pittsburgh Hotel with Pool

"No amenities in the room except water no towel service no turn down of the bed at night pay good money expected more location perfect"

"There were no written instructions about having the room serviced every day and no one asked us when we checked in. Consequently, we did not get clean towels or have our room serviced the first day. It wasn't until we asked that we finally received service. We also had problems with the phone and it took 2 service requests before it was fixed. We could not dial any number without receiving a busy signal."

"Dusty in certain areas and still had previous guest hair on shower wall. Other than that all was good. "

"There was a finger nail on the carpet on our room (ewwww) and they ran out of cookies! Parking is non-existent at this location other than valet. Outside of that, staff was friendly. Would stay again "

"Rooms were not ready for check in by 4:00. There were hundreds of guests sitting throughout the lobby. Told everyone they would text us when our room was ready and nobody ever got a message. Finally was able to check in after the game we attended. When I asked how we could get reimbursed for their late check in, the employee stated “we haven’t really been charging for late check outs”. "
