“This is a great building with spacious rooms, especially with the extra high ceilings. The common area on the second floor creates a second lobby of sorts, and has interesting art and furniture. If you're looking for a nice place at a reasonable cost, give this historic spot a try.”

“The property was nice and the breakfast was very nice. Waffles, bacon, eggs every thing for breakfast was great. even the coffee was good. I gave only 4 stars for clean because at first glance the room appeared clean except the random used cup in the shower. I gave 2 stars for staff and service because when I checked in the girl at the desk seemed frustrated that I didn't use the card reader fast enough. Sorry I was on the road for 6 hours, I was tired. “房間乾淨，床單每天都有更新。房間設備齊全，微波爐冰箱都有，暖氣也很溫暖，還有按摩浴缸可以使用。早餐普通，但整天都有供應咖啡與檸檬水。附近餐廳很多，還有一個有機商品店讓我買東西很方便。唯一的缺點是這段時間房價太貴了，是平常的三倍價錢，除此之外整體來講還是不錯的選擇。”

“Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !”
