“I've stayed at this property in the past, and was very satisfied. Recently, this hotel has had complete refurbishment of all the rooms, including bedding, flooring, and fixtures. They are currently finishing the public areas, but this did not impact my stay at all. It was quiet, and kept clean for guest traffic. Very comfortable, and a great value.”

“Went to Fayetteville for a baseball weekend with the family. Location is just minutes from Baum-Walker. Plenty of room with a nice outdoor deck and patio. Made good use of the included ping-pong table and outdoor seating. Property manager very responsive and pleasant. Would stay there again.”

“GREAT LOCATION! More than enough space. Old, but clean home. Be aware that there’s train tracks right in front of the property and the train runs daily (sometimes too early). Would recommend for a weekend stay!”

The downside was the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, and it was a handheld shower spout. I didn't like that. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. ”
