“what a disappointment to stay in a hotel with such great potential but obvious neglect. From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged. The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart) ”

“The property is nothing like depicted on Expedia or any other travel site. It is misleading. The facilities are less than average. Everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom we had clearly hasn’t been updated in decades. While the room was an acceptable size, the wardrobe was small, very old and had doors that didn’t close. The pool is small, dingy and dirty. The provided breakfast was disappointing. The location is a 15 minute walk from Duval Street which is the main drag of the area.……

“The property was as advertised and close to the amenities we wanted. The host was very attentive and responded to our texts promptly. The house was not very clean. Food under couch cushions, hair on the bathroom walls, hair stuck on the wall behind the kitchen sink, mouse poop in a kitchen drawer, crusties on the bed sheets, stains on the couch and chair, back door would not lock, active wasp nest above the back door. ”
