“The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. ”

“This is our first time staying at a Hampton Inn or Hilton hotel and we were surprised at how nice hotel was. Melissa, checked us in at the front desk and the super cheerful and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and was surprised by the walk-in shower! Breakfast had lots of options and even some healthy versions. We have family in Galena but will definitely stay here again”
