“Could have been worse, could have been better. Stayed in a 2 bedroom premium villa which was supposedly recently renovated. Still felt kind of run down. Booked for the dolphins and kids pool, but dolphins moved and kids pool was closed for construction of new water park. Hotel did not accommodate but offered kids activities you had to pay for (I guess they offered free bubbles). It is a very pretty and scenic hotel. All staff was very friendly. Lagoon was awesome! Pools were legit too, clean……

“The house itself was adequate. It could definitely be cleaner. It is on Vrbo as able to accommodate six guests. There are five coffee cups in the cupboards, and one teaspoon in the silverware drawer. I contacted the host because there were 5 washcloths and one hand towel in the entire house, he informed me it was a Vrbo, not a hotel. We flew in, and did not pack to supply our own towels, nor did we expect to have to do laundry every single day of our vacation, although we definitely don’t mind……
