「酒店正在進行大裝修，但沒有預先通知客人，亦不明白為什麼會安排房間就在工程樓上一層，取房時為下午5點，沒有察覺問題，但由早上八點開始，極大裝修噪音滋擾不停幾小時，連在reception 工作人員都戴著耳塞工作。」

「The location is excellent and the rooms are first class. We have 14 days jorney in London and Scotland, the room price is just HKD1356 (included tax), it is nearly the cheapest but the best hotel. Also, though we book the cheapest room type, it has a big garden which is facing Calton Hill, the view is perfect. The hotel room includes everything you need and has a coffee machine. Definitely will stay again!」

「Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.」
