“The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews……

“My wife and I just checked out of this awesome Vrbo. Everything looked very new/ clean. While the apartment is great on its own, its location is truly what earns it 5 stars. You are situated down town just steps from restaurants, bars, and ocean views. We stayed down here for 4 days 3 nights. We worked remotely for one day and the internet was easily able handle video calls. The bed is extremely comfortable and a refreshing site to come back to after a day on the beach. “We aren't sure where the previous reviews came from. But, our experience was not the same. The host communicated the entry information the week before we arrived and the directions were clear. We attempted to communicate with the host via text, email and through vrbo to ask if we could drop our luggage off arly. But we never received any replies.The apartment is located within walking distance of the ferries, shopping and dining in Oaks Bluff. It looks like it has been recently remodeled as far……

“All was great and it was the perfect landing spot for my trip. Only feedback I have is the light out back was really dim or out in general so it was dark at night and the mini split didn’t seem to cooperate with changes. Overall it was fine because I wasn’t there much other than to sleep and get ready for my day but wanted to provide that feedback. Thanks so much!”

“The space is quaint and quiet. Plenty of room for a large family, although there is only one bathroom and it’s an odd layout. Kitchen is also small if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but has all the essentials. Overall it’s a great home base for a vacation of any length, and the location is great! No problems at all and I’ve recommended it to my family. We’ll likely stay again.”
