「IMy husband and I rented this studio. It is a very cute place, nicely decorated but it is smaller than it appears online. It would be better for 1 person. Pros: it is very cute. It’s walking in distance to the Ferry and Circuit Ave. The neighborhood is walkable. Cons: It has a cheap & sagging mattress. There is no closet & no place for hanging clothes other than a few hooks around the room. The dresser is only approx 8-10” deep so the 3 drawers won’t hold much. 2/3 of the dresser shelves...
