If you like sleek and modern, this might not be it.Our crew had mixed feelings going in but the house very much grew on everyone. The bathroom situation was most challenging because people do not like baths but everyone learned the gift of outdoor showering.The kitchen was also hard to prepare food because of lack of counter space but we made it work.This house has 5 bedrooms, a massive porch and massive outdoor……

“Fun old house full of character. Great place to weather out the Nor’easter! Really appreciated the cable and strong wi-fi! Communication with owner was excellent!One caution, if anyone in your party has mobility issues, be aware that the “short walk” is about a half-mile. Also lots of stairs, including long, steep ones to the second floor.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, quiet neighborhood. We were happy to come back to this home after our long days out on the water or at the myriad of events we attended. I gave it 4 stars because the advertisement is a bit misleading and the house needs some work! Yes, it is "newer" construction compared to other similar properties, but it is not "new construction". It really could use a deep cleaning and some TLC. There were several maintenance and repair issues that need to be addressed. ……

“We had the absolute BEST time in this beautiful house. Hannah is absolutely amazing and was so helpful with everything we needed. The house is stunning and so cozy. The entire group I traveled with talked about how this house is our dream house! We had 13 people and we all fit very comfortably. The outdoor shower was heavenly, and the kitchen was so much fun to hang out in and talk after a long summer of not seeing one another. The beds were extremely comfortable, too! The house is a close walk……
