“I stayed for 9 nights and would definitely come back. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my long stay. The bed and pillows are extremely comfy. The hotel is in a super handy spot! The train station is literally across the road and the bus to Edinburgh airport stops right out the front. Dundee itself is fantastic and has all the shops you’d need. The only negative things I can mention are there are no clothes washing facilities for longer stays, the rooms can……

“Always enjoy staying at the Woodlands. The staff are always the best, the food in the restaurant is always excellent (particularly the steak casserole) and the bar is a cosy wee spot to just sit in and relax.”

“The room was great, very large. Bathroom was also very spacious. It was perfect for our 1 night stay with St Andrew’s just a few minutes down the road. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable, only complaint is the beds were in front of the windows so we couldn’t open them. ”
