「Host was very nice. Anytime we would see her or her husband, they would talk to us and were very helpful. Everything was pretty clean. My only complaint is the parking, it was definitely tight, and with little kids in car seats, it was a struggle to get them in without almost hitting the car beside of us. We had a pretty big storm one night so our back patio area flooded and washed some stuff away. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it!」

「I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.」

「Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.」
