"Room was filthy, dated and the bathroom smelled of mildew. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Complementary breakfast was very good, the lady taking care of the food was excellent. Helen at the front desk is a major asset to the hotel. "

"Scott and Lisa are nothing less than spectacular hosts! This was our second stay within six months while visiting friends and family in the surrounding area. I am extremely particular, and expect a home that is clean, comfortable, and safe. This home always meet those expectations. The yard is consistently well maintained and we enjoy sitting out on the peaceful patio while our pups enjoy running around the large fenced-in backyard. The neighbors are quiet, the location can’t be beat, and my husband loves being able to walk the pups to the brewery within 10-15 minutes. Honestly, there isn’t anything not to Iike at this home-from the comfortable beds, ice cold AC, stackable W/D, and the ability to walk to downtown Woodstock. Highly recommend this gem for any length of stay."

"Great property! Lots of space to spread out and beds were super comfortable. Amenities like condiments, coffee, and games were appreciated. There were tons of blankets and pillows and the shower was good. There is a very steep driveway but it levels at the top by the house. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby. The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" "

"The house is very impressive & for our purposes it worked as we had a family function & needed to sleep a lot of people. It was my dad’s 88th birthday so we had a dinner for 25 people. The main level is very spacious with double islands in the kitchen & two separate living rooms with huge TV’s. I sent the list below to the host as frequent renters to which he was not positively responsive. *Backyard a mess *Pool & hot tub green & unsightly should be covered or clean * Had to purchase paper towels *No Bath mats *Not enough silverware for 12 people *Coffee maker unclean & falling apart *Back glass doors dirty *Dishwasher should be emptied *No Wine glasses or wine key *No Instruction book with WiFi & close out information *limited cleaning products Despite these things we had a good time & enjoyed the house. Peter was responsive while we were staying. My biggest issue was the backyard. It is winter so cover the pool & hot tub! "

"Perfect for families and little ones (only small sets of stairs). Main living area is one level so great for looking after two toddlers. Also loved the bidet in the master bathroom. Great safe neighborhood for long walks too."
