“Todo me gustó, me encantó la experiencia. Volvería a reservar con ellos.”

“Hotel was good. Expedia, well not so much. Booked stay for Tuesday thru Thursday but then needed to change dates to Monday thru Wednesday. Nope couldn’t do it unless loose my money. Had to book another reservation for Monday only, and eat the Thursday unused room. Sorry Expedia you suck, I don’t care how cheap your rooms are.”

“the photos they use are misleading, they show now rooms with carpets yet I received a room with a smelly carpet all throughout the room. When I told front desk I was not pleased with carpet and would like another room I was told all rooms were full which was not true . The next afternoon I spoke to another staff member who advised that there were other rooms available but I would have to wait until the following morning to be able to change my room . Only spent 1 day in the room that actually……

“The rooms are small, but adiquite. The carpet in our room may have been vacumed, but needed to be cleaned. When I took off my shoes and socks to take a shower, the bottom of my feet became black with all the dirt that I picked up when walking from the bed to the shower, not more that six or seven steps. Other than the carpets needing cleaning, the stay was comfortable.”
