“Very dirty, the carpet is dirty, the quilt is dirty, there is hair on the sheets, there is a lot of hair in the bathroom, the sofa is very dirty, in short, I am not satisfied with it, I do not understand why its rating is so high.It's all a lie.”

“Stay was nice. Comfy room and the bathrooms were nice too. Very clean. Only thing is on the mini fridge there was no way to adjust the temperature and everything kinda stayed warm. The TV remote didn’t work well either. Breakfast was good as always. Big roach by the stairs but it’s Florida and unfortunately they are all over. Not blaming the hotel for that because the property was very clean. Asked for a late check out but was denied which I’ve never heard of. Lots of shopping in the area too……

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like disinfectant, and there were bloodstains on the floor and walls. I don't know what happened here, and there were cockroaches on the floor and bed. I got allergic reactions after staying there for one night! ! ! !”
