「Property is advertised as entire home, it is a room within a home that is still being renovated and there are people coming and going at all hours. There is a code for the door that wasn’t provided until after I inquired while I was at the property. The room had not been cleaned and another was offered but someone else was already staying there. The shower in the room looks nice in pictures but when you turn the water on it pours outside the shower stall on to the floor of the room. The bed was...

「Great place」

「This property is a must stay.Perferct location and accessibility to freeways to get to wherever you need to go.Loved It!!!! Overall 10 out of 10!!!!!」

「Roaches, room light works only with spinning fan, an electric wires sticking from the walls, outlets without covers. Extension cables all over. A barking dog in a 6x12ft place, barning next to window. Coffee wihout caps, but with cap covers. AC works, but noisy. Shower head shooting water outside the shower stall, requires a 45 deg knee to operate or a shower curtain. Microwave works. Checking in confused, four rooms and a lot of calls to get it settled. Handyman special.」

「Great House, Great location, Great Memories. Thanks Brittany. I wish I could live there forever.」

「Adam was great! Communicated regularly and ensured I was good to go from the start. 」

「DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUMLORD! Completely disgusting upon arrival. Hair and dirt on the floor. Stains on anythng made of cloth (sheets, couch, etc). The owner does not care to help or acknowlege any of this. His "cleaning team" did not care to clean before a rental (something you pay 100 for in the first place). Expect the worst if you must rent this place.」

「The furniture in the house is small, making the spaces look bigger than in the photos. The house and rooms are very small. The house is on a shared property with another house. That was never communicated in the listing or with check in instructions from the host. It made the check in process very confusing. There is an infestation of ants. We noticed them in the kitchen cupboards and then the bathrooms. Later we saw a huge line traveling from outside and entering through cracks in the stucco....

「Brett and Karla were great hosts! They were friendly, welcoming, and considerate. I stayed with my son and his young family while we visited other family in the area. We didn't spend much time at the casita during the day, but it was a nice spot for three adults and three small children to sleep.」

「Could have been more hot waterOnly had the WiFi for the first night the it never came back up for us to use. Black widow right outside the front door on flower pot. All in all it was great. House is up on hill off the main road and was nice and quiet.」

「Owner was gracious to let us stay 2 extra hours」

「The house was in a not so great area and was not clean. The window blinds walking us were a mess and bent which didn’t give a good feeling coupled with the neighborhood. Learned you need to scope out the area better before booking. AC was leaking water right at front door. Could have been much cleaner and more kitchen items. 」

「The view was incredible, so many places to sit outside and enjoy view.Spacious and cozy. The outside grounds were beautiful,.loved watching all the Hawks flying around, had the pleasure of seeing one up close and personal also..The decor was beautiful. The City of Alpine right down the road. Great restaurant close by. A MUST STAY!!」

「The house was nice and clean, but the surrounding area was not what we expected based on the pictures. The check-in process could have also been better organized. We were asked to submit copies of our IDs at the last minute, while we were already on our way to the property. Receiving that request the day before would have made the process much less stressful. Other than that our stay was pleasant.」
