One of a kind house

The communication with staff and management were excellent - very responsive. The house itself is a gem, from the hi tech equipment, pool, hot tub, movie theatre, grill to the quiet and private location, it stands out amongst any other properties. There are also nice touches like a pool table,indoor/outdoor music system as well surprisingly the kitchen table, chairs and wall picture are a downgrade compared to the rest of the house. The only downsides are drive time to downtown are easily 45 minutes and as the management says up front, the beach area has a lot of sea grass on the beach and in the water. The ocean isn’t as practical if your goal is to swim in the ocean exclusively. All in all my family would be happy to return.

The quiet East Side

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was nice. I believe it just changed hands and they are in process of updating a few things. Nothing that affected our vacation. The only thing that really affected us was thunderstorms but it sure was nice to have this house to relax in. The pool and spa were excellent. They did end up with quite a few leaves, etc due to the storms but that was just mother nature. The East Side is the quiet side. We only saw a handful of people on the beach the entire time we were there. Please understand that on the windward side there will always be seaweed and some trash on the beach. That is just nature and if you expect pristine white sand beach you will have to join the hoards of people on 7 mile beach or make a trip to Rum Point. We loved the snorkeling. I recommend Spotts beach where there are some very tame turtles (about 25 min away) and barefoot beach for some shallow coral (10 min away and not marked). We enjoyed seeing stingrays, very large tarpon and barracuda under the dock. There is a very nice washer a dryer that came in handy and plenty of cooking supplies. All the TVs are smart TVs and brand new. The media room is great but only has Cable (pretty extensive cable with HBO) but no smart feature I could find to get to apps. The sound system and lights inside is outstanding. It did take a little while to get used to the app used to control everything but it sure is nice. We would definitely stay here again.
