“The room was very clean, however we were on the top floor and it was very warm when we entered the room. We put the AC on before we went out for our event for the evening. When we returned, it was over 85 in our room. We called maintenance, however they could not assist with our AC as they do not have any help after hours, could not offer us another room because it "wasn't clean"and could not even offer us a fan. We were stuck in a room that was about 90 degrees”

“New feeling hotel so we appreciated the newness and cleanliness. It was a basic continental breakfast included hotel. Food was fine. It was close to downtown Burlington which we liked and the price point was good. A/C was not great as it would get hot and then too cold, very irregular instead of temperature being maintained at 1 set level.”

“We are currently on a 5,000 mile road trip through New England- a ‘bucket list’ trip we’ve been planning for years- with lodging varying from Wyndham to Hilton’s and others in between. When we found this resort on Expedia, we happily booked a room. To be completely honest, this was the most anticipated stop of our trip. “Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. “The check-in process was seamless and I was given very helpful information of things to do and places to go that made my stay extra enjoyable.”

“Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!”
