“A lovely country house hotel. Our room was very spacious with an outside patio where we enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine. The bathroom was large with a bath and a shower. We ate in the “Tasting Room” and very much enjoyed the tasting menu. The area outside the hotel has pleasant area with tables and chairs which we enjoyed as it was a warm sunny day. The hotel is quite expensive, but we thought it worth the money. The spa was OK, small and a little tired but we enjoyed our swim in the pool.……

“Lovey hotel with great scenery and I would high recommend. Only slight negative was reception staff would have an attitude and ignore guest when walking in.”

“Great location, lovely hotel. Parking is good, there is a large free car park. The restaurant is good serving great meals. Only bugbear is that the service at breakfast is ok if you've got all day but not great if you want to get a move on. Why aren't you like other hotels where I can help myself to juice and cereal and that will shave 10 - 15 minutes off the time?”

“I had a wonderful experience considering there was a 3 day music festival right outside the Inn. I had a slight issue with parking and luggage but the whole experience had been wonderful. The Hotel Manager upgraded my room.”

“The reception man is realy nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The room is vey clean. However, there is very few restaurants nearby and if you check-in late, it is difficult to find a place for dinner. It is around 15 minutes walk to the city centre.”
