"The toilet seat was broken. The shower would not work and I paid $300 a night for this. When I told the front desk about the problems they didn’t offer anything. Maintenance come to a room in the middle of the night to try to repair the shower."

"You can tell this hotel is going through a transition. The rooms were not the cleanest and the hallways are very dimly lit. If you look closely every door is beat up. One of our two rooms door chains was coming loose and the other had an A/C that was rattling very loud. The staff was great and the continental breakfast was tasty. I think once this hotel is affiliated with a brand again it will be a little better."
