「The breakfast was terrible, they did not have spare blankets, the pool was cold, the elevator made a scary noise when it hit the third floor, but most staff seemed nice and the room was clean」

「Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. 」

「The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average.」

「We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. The AC was completely broken and wouldn’t shut off or adjust. Even worse, the toilet didn't flush, so we had to carry water from the bathtub to wash it down (thankfully, there was a slow trickle of...

「The 2nd floor REEKED of marijuana. My room did too when I first arrived. The room was squelching hot. I had to ring the bell three times to be checked in. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no one at the desk for checkout so I just left. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.」

「Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.」

「The pictures on the website are NOT the same as the actual rooms!!!! I booked two queen rooms for weekend traveling, but we got standard doubles. Other residents were leaving immediately because they found bugs and other creepy crawlers in their rooms. The rooms were clean but not thoroughly clean. Checking in and out were very easy processes though!!! I will not book this hotel again though」
