Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. Good location as it's only a few minutes walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, and it's easy to get to Heathrow too with the new Elizabeth Line. Staff are very friendly and helpful, though the shower was slightly weak. It's a very good hotel overall. 」
