「Hotel room was very clean and newly renovated. They have a managers complimentary appetizer and drink reception around 5. Staff was very helpful and accomidating.」

「Our room smelled musty and moldy. The room even had a wet feel to it. There were stains on the curtains, cobwebs in the corners of the room, and I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall behind the guy at the counter. The staff was very friendly; however, the quality of the rooms was way less than anticipated. It’s not like we were expecting something extravagant, but we definitely expected to have a room that did not smell the way ours did. Since staying there, three of us have become sick.」
