Top East Rochester Hotel Reviews
RIT Inn & Conference Center
8/10 Good
"One issue is key card we kept replace it everyday!"
Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites
8/10 Good
"Lobby was nice and everything was very clean. Our room was a great size but did have a wet dog smell to it. The walls must be very thin because we could hear conversations of both of our neighbors at 7am, which was unpleasant. breakfast wasn’t awesome, but the gentleman doing the breakfast was very helpful with our little one and found him things to eat, which was so sweet and greatly appreciated!!! Pool was clean and very nice, a little small."
Holiday Inn Express Rochester - University Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Welcoming staff. Rooms were decent sized. A little isolated from other businesses and restaurants but there was an excellent restaurant within walking distance across the street. Easy access to the highway."
Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor

"Excellent location. Facility is well maintained and the staff is great. I'll be staying here every time I'm in Rochester."
Comfort Suites Rochester Henrietta University Area

"Breakfast was disappointing. Neatly presented but very difficult to take coffee to go as no lids available"
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Rochester - Marketplace by IHG

"Really good breakfast layout."
Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
8/10 Good
"Most staff were very friendly, just one front desk person was not too nice. Rooms a little musty but comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent. Room service was quick and delicious too. The Grab n Go was meh. I passed on that. Spa was only ok. Nothing spectacular about the services. My hot stone message should have been much better, it was more like a touch of stone. The facial was nice except that she wore latex gloves and that diminished my enjoyment of the facial. It felt weird, it smelled weird and it sounded weird. The spa itself was gorgeous, with breathtaking views. Not a great selection of teas and some of the guests were on their phones in the relaxation area which I find stressful when I'm trying to relax. So no real deal breakers here, I would stay again. But pass on the spa."
