"There was no microwave in the room, and ALL of the ice machines were out of order; that alone was a huge disappointment. The room itself, though, was pretty nice. Also, just as a matter of hospitality professionalism, the 3rd floor hallway carpet was absolutely FILTHY."

"The check in was a bit frustrating because we were on time but the room was not ready for another 90 minutes and even then it wasn't so I had to take 2 queen beds instead of a king which was fine. My husband waited in the valet lane for 90 minutes also. Apparently there was a country singer concert later that evening and everyone was checking in at once. Unfortunately the valet guys were disorganized so that did not make the process go any smoother. Once we were checked in, though, everything was great. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and I had the best spinach omelet I have ever had from the headliner restaurant. "

"The lobby was clearly new and refurnished, but not so for the rooms, which looked like they hadn't been redone in a couple of decades. There weren't enough towels for 4 people on check in and it took 3-4 minutes for the water to get hot for each shower. "
