"Dust in bathroom baseboards and on TV’s. 80 dollars for overnight parking with hotel or 40 with parking garage. Room service is convenient but a bit overpriced."

"The room was mostly satisfactory, and the buffet breakfast was good, although not varied enough day to day, but the neighborhood was questionable. The hotel has an armed security guard, and I was cautioned about venturing out at night."

"This place was awful. Other than the valets the staff was awful. The property was not kept up. When we got in our room there was water all over the bathroom floor. The elevator got stuck the fire dept had to come open it. The bar closed super early. The lady at the front desk at night was rude. Will not be returning to this hotel. "

"I walked in the lobby nobody was at the desk waited for 20 minutes nobody came. There was people camped out in the lobby with everything they owned. I felt very uncomfortable there not safe. I lefted and found other place to stay. "

"We had a great experience! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful and we got an upgraded room that made all the difference - a bigger bathroom for 3 girls! The location was ideal, right by the Arch and the view was spectacular. I also want to call out the staff that did the valet parking. They were super - helpful, friendly and managed long lines of cars with ease. Thanks for a great stay!"
