“"The staff is very helpful. However, the hotel's infrastructure is not up to standard. The WiFi is extremely slow, especially at night. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, and no action was taken even after we complained."”

“Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja komminukointi onnistui hyvin kääntäjän avulla. Aamupala oli mukavan monipuolinen. Lisäksi hotellin tilat olivat modernit ja puhtaat.”

“Her şeyi beğendim otoparkı dışında o yüzden konuma düşük veriyorum. ”

“Staff friendly, breakfast good, but small and dark room with dirty bed sheet and, the worst : bedbugs !”

“Herşey mükemmel. Tavsiye ederim. Sadece Kahvaltı için bir tavsiye kahve ve benzeri içeceklerde olmalı.”

“Large, well appointed room. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location, but away from major street noise. Private parking. While the exterior sound proofing was good, there was a bit of noise from above, particularly when the occupants seemed to constantly drag the furniture around on the hard floors. Electricity stopped working in my room - but the hotel called an electrician and it was sorted (with a temporary fix) after about……

“Staff were so helpful, it had a great location and was easy to park on the road very close to the property. Sound proofing was excellent. The proper had a small kitchen with a large fridge. A separate sitting area with comfortable seating and coffee table and t v. Bathroom was immaculate. Extremely good value for money”

“The property is well maintained and well managed. It is my first choice of hotel in Kars.”

“The location is excellent, the cleanliness is good, the hotel has a beautiful historical setting, the staff is attentive and helpful, the breakfast is rich, high-quality and delicious, and the kitchen staff is helpful.”

“Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü ve kibarlardı erken checkin konusunda çok yardımcı oldular.”

“It was great. We walked on the dusty main road to get to the castle only discovering on the day we were leaving that there was a better path that avoided the high traffic and highly dusty road.”

“Temiz otel ve ilgili personel uygun fiyatla beraber. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere.”
