“I was surprised we were sent to an upstairs room when there were hardly any other guests in the building. No Elevator, I did ask for a first floor room. There were little fixes that could have been done to the room to make it more comforting and not look a bit beat up. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was filling.”

“Beautiful and charming. It sits directly above a scenic overlook, so when you stay here you will have the view that all the cars are stopping at to take pictures of out your bedroom window. The view is absolutely incredible. The sunrise over the water, the red train below, the trees, it's gorgeous and a true mid-west Mississippi experience. The owner is super nice and they maintain this property very well. Clean, nice decor, attentive staff when needed. We will be back!”

“Super clean, incredibly professional and accommodating!!!”

“This had been our go to place to stay for over 29 years when we go to the Amanas and vicinity. The new owners are doing great and this inn will continue to be our place to stay.”

“Nice town and a great place to stay if you are going through !”

Turned around and put the key back in the lockbox and drove away. No way could we sleep in a room that had that many bugs in it. No other hotels anywhere nearby so 1/2 of our party……

“Affordable, clean and geographically-appropriate themed rooms. Location was beautiful but the overall property was a little rough. Rooms were fine but the massive bed frames took up So much space that space was beyond maximized. Still, we enjoyed the theme and found the price to be very reasonable. I’m”

“Place is a complete dump. Door looks like someone broke into the place. Cracked in between Top and Bottom Lock. The beds were not made for our second day. The rooms look old and unkept. You can see light through around the whole door /frame seal. There is no security lock on the top lock as the lock solenoid is removed. The lock they did have barely kept the door from closing and locked. It is like they took a doorknob with a key from an old bedroom closet from the 1980's and used that. They had……
