「The staff were great. You need a head manager presence. Someone who is large and in charge. Someone who can really train the staff and keep on top of the employees to make the service top notch. The young bellman would excel with mentorship. They have excellent intent yet they are left with little on the job training. Upon arrival -The bed that I had was obviously not cleaned. Fitted sheet had folds and hair and fur on it that someone with an animal had been there. The desk help came up...

「I absolutely love the location of the hotel. It was walking distance to everything you could want to go and do or see in New Orleans. But it wasn’t right on Bourbon Street, which is great because how does anybody sleep in those hotels lol the staff was amazing and very tentative and I just couldn’t compliment them enough. If I go back to New Orleans, I would definitely stay at the Omni royal again」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
