「Everything was easy and place was clean 」

「Great house. Perfect location. 」

「The house was generally clean, we found a few things left from a previous guest. There was a crushed can in bedroom one's closet and jewelry left on the floor in bedroom 3. Two of the 3 extra blankets in bedroom 2 had an unfavorable odor, so we didn't used them, and the coat closet smelled like residual smoke. I would suggest sanitizing the entire house between each stay. I thought the cleaning supplies didn't allow me to clean as much as I would have liked during my stay. I just like to clean...

「The house was very comfortable for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was well insulated from the street noise so the 4 rooms to the back of the house heard nothing of the Mardi Gras revelers on the street! The kids loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the walking distance to a few cafes and restaurants on St. Charles was great. Seph was extremely friendly and quick to reply to our messages. 」
